Cityworks activity pack for Workflow

Hi,

A newbie in the activity pack realm, looking for some help to guide me through the process..

1. Installed the activity pack in workflow, and in AGOL seems like the activity pack was registered by the GIS admin. 

2. Built a brief workflow to create the cityworks API service. But when I was running it in sandbox, it says workflow failed. and if I open debug, it says the activity is not valid. 

3. Is there an example workflow of how one might draft a workflow to edit cityworks data?
