VSWeb Apple Device Failures .. especially after 5.28.0?
Has anyone had users that use Apple Products unable to load viewers? One user was successful until I did the update to 5.28.0. Now nothing. I can't reproduce the error to test but also I'm getting more reports of it happening so I'd love to be able to fix it / offer a fix.

I have same issue but I think it’s more about how ios read web map. Because Once I open vsw app it starts refreshing the app as soon as map loads. I came across same issue once open individual map in ios browser. Anyway I’m not that much technical but echo your request that we can have a fix for it

Hi Bobbi & Davood - I haven't heard of a specific issue for this release. We did note issues with iOS 17 around the time that VSW 5.26 was released, though that has since been resolved.
I'd suggest reaching out to the Support team for troubleshooting assistance.0 -
Thank you for your quick response! I managed to learn that at least one of these users is using an iPad with OS 15.8.1 which is one step up from a stone tablet, I think? I'm hoping that's the issue.

Hah yes that is a bit old. For context, I googled "iOS 15.8.1" and one of the first results was from Reddit - "Why is my iPad only showing 15.8.1 as latest Update? : r/ios" and the first response wants "Because your iPad is old as dirt and cant' run anything newer." Maybe don't use that specific term with your user though!
Though I did also note that VSW client req docs note that iOS 15 is currently supported so therefore we should be able to get at least a bug report in to describe the issue and perhaps a workaround or root cause identified.
If this specific issue continues to be a problem, I would suggest we bring this to the Support team. Though I do know that troubleshooting on Safari on iOS typically requires an attached macOS computer, which can be a limitation. See this 3rd party article on iOS troubleshooting for detail on that.
