mobil+ layer configuration: Add column for layer name

If all or some layers come from the same mxd/service, you cannot see in proOffice what the layer contains and have to laboriously try to reconstruct it using the linked objects (if there are any). When searching for configuration errors, you cannot use the Layer ID as a guide.

For a better assignment, it would be helpful if there was a field for the layer name in proOffice.

Either automatically adopt the layer name from weboffice, or at least a free text field.
