Add capability to configure measurement calculation type

Geocortex Essentials allow an admin to configure measurement projection and calculation type (see the screenshot below). Could we add similar configuration options in VSW? This is critical for our users to get accurate measurements using state plane projection while the map application itself uses Web Mercator spatial reference.
