Information Description for Custom Templates in VertiGIS Studio Web

As we start our migration from Essentials to VSW, we will be creating multiple custom templates. So when you select a new custom template, it would be great to be able to read the description of what the user stored template represents by clicking a 3-dot icon on the template image.  I attached an image file.
