Mosaic dataset processing template

I have a DEM mosaic dataset with a Hillshade function as the default processing template. That mosaic dataset is published as a imagery service to our Portal. When I add that layer to to a portal map, it shows the hillshade function by default which is what I want.

However when I add that map to Studio Web it does not apply the hillshade function. Is there a way to have that layer respect the processing template? I don't see anything in the Imagery Layer settings.

  Just circling back on this as I still have this issue.

  I also have another image service in the studio web map that is not respecting a stretch style that is set up in the web map in portal. I can't find any mention of this elsewhere, am I missing some kind of configuration?
