Suggesting removal of Insert Location - Line Assignment dialog box

A customer is suggesting the removal of the following dialog box after using the Insert Location feature in a cable:
The customer claims that the information in this window is not useful enough to have it as a step, mainly because the information provided (exkey and cable name) is not useful for a user to decide which side of the split should keep the old cable.
The length is somewhat useful unless the split is made close to the middle of the original cable. In other cases, it's not as helpful.
