Unable to activate the trial license
I am trying to activate the trial license online, unfortunately I end up in the following error:
It seems that the sub-domain is not available?

Hi Mahender,
What version of Web are you trying to run here? We can see by the error URL that this is on-premises Web running on your local machine, but to the best of my knowledge recent builds do not use the licensing-functions.geocortex.com site to request a trial.
Are you able to download and install the latest release of VertiGIS Studio Web, and try activating your trial with that?

I have also sent an email requesting for an activation key. But so far, I did not get any response. Could you please check in this regard?

Hello Mahender: Just to confirm, have you sent an email to our VertiGIS Studio Customer Service team (customerservice-ca@vertigis.com) for help with the Studio license activation? Generally, our team will best be equipped to address licensing issues individually, rather than through our Community forums. Thanks Peter

Yes I have sent an email to customerservice-ca@vertigis.com on 28-09-2023 and still I am waiting for the response :-(
