Home Page for VertiGIS products

Hello, for the home page of the VertiGIS products; for example, VertiGIS Studio Reporting, because I am not the owner of the content ( we put our content under an uber account); is there a way to see this on the home page for what others have shared as well. Not just what I have created. Additionally, can we have a setting to change the "filter by" to "Shared with me" as an optional default of the open tab?
