When switching between operational mode, project mode or base data modes the user should be able to have the tabs that he had opened restored. Now whenever we switch modes the tabs are all closed.

At least they should reopen themselve if it is technically neccessary to close them.

Some Tabs are context specific and show information that is not applicable after a project context switch. However we do maintain reopen the GEO.

Upvote (the idea in principle)
But, certainly respect what Jeff states… kinda hard for CM to “do analysis of what tabs apply in both Project/Operational worlds, then show only the tabs/data/search results that pass the test… but close the ones that only exist in Project World”… that would be complex and memory/DB consuming operation at face value :)
