Accessing external commands using RunExternalCommand

I was looking thru the mailingreports workflow and noticed the use of the RunExternalCommand accessing commands like "SetActiveHighlightLayer" .  I found a list of such commands in Silverlight1_2/AppConfig  in the viewerInfo.xml file.  Is there any more information on these?

 

How do I get more information on setting up the parameter for SearchAttributes:  Geocortex.EssentialsSilverlightViewer.Infrastructure.Models.SearchAttributesParams

<Command>

 

      <Name>SearchAttributes</Name>    <ParameterType>Geocortex.EssentialsSilverlightViewer.Infrastructure.Models.SearchAttributesParams</ParameterType>

 

    </Command>

  If you have the Geocortex Viewer for Silverlight 1.2, you may find information on Commands and Events in the API Reference section of the "Administrator and Developer Guide" that was included in the package. It can be found on page 69.
