Add Report Activity to The Workflow

I add report activity to my workflow. I have two kinds of report, Detailed Report and Quick Report. If I choose Detailed Report, ReportID =1 , and if  I choose Quick Report, ReportID=0.

When I open myviewer, and run my workflow, I choose Quick Report, and it displayed a tabular report in pdf format, it is only have 7 fields,  whereas the layer have more than 7 fields. How it can be like that? how administrator can specified the displayed field?

Another problem, when i choose DetailedReport, it didn't generate any report. I don't know what caused this problem. Anyone ever experienced this problem?
