Older .gep files

Are there any conversion tools for a project file, (.gep), created in Essentials version 2.3 that will make it work with version 3.4.1?  I have just upgraded to version 10 of ArcGIS Server and 3.4.1 of Geocortex Essentials and some of our users have very intense project files saved that now no longer work.  Any help will be greatly appreciated!
