Print Templates - Default values for Scale, Resolution, Format

I have created an application with Geocortex 3.4 and the Silverlight 1.2.1 viewer.  The app has several print templates associated with it, each a different page size.

When printing on the client side, all the dropdown boxes are populated with a default value for the first layout.  For example,

  Output Format = Pdf

  Resolution = Low

However, when I switch to the second, third, etc layout, there are no default values shown in the dropdown boxes.  I can hit the Create File button and a map will be rendered.  It appears the first values in the dropdown list are being used.  This is fine once the user figures it out, but I'd like to have the default values shown.

Has anyone figured this out or is it a bug?
