Copy & Past table element rather than row from feature details form

This may be a Silverlight limitation but be good if a ctrl-c from you the feature details window does NOT copy the entire row, rather just the cell you select (this enables users to use the identify tool to get info for an object of interest, but then enables them to copy a specific attribute rather than the whole row of attributes).
