Help With FeatureHyperLink

I need to set up a feature link with the following (http://www.tad.org/datasearch/re.cfm?gov=m&account=n) url (http://www.tad.org/datasearch/re.cfm?gov=m&account=n) : http://www.tad.org/datasearch/re.cfm?gov=m&account=n

 

There are 2 url parameters:

 

 

m = ( currentMonth (two digits) + currentDay (two digits) + currentYear (last two digits) ) MOD 31

 

n = account number

Users can use the map to search for parcels.  When they find the parcel they want and go to 'Show Details' we want to provide this link that will show them more specific details about the parcel.

 

 

The account number will come from a map layer so we are good there.  The other parameter is tricky.  I believe the 'm' parameter is there to prevent hacking the site.  Is this something that could be done with a workflow?  I had posted this in the Viewer forum.  I saw the Workflow forum today as I was searching the web site so I thought I would try here.
