ArcGIS Server SP3 - is this install going to be a problem?

 Our AGS servers are at version 10.0 SP1 and we're wanting to go to SP3. However, after reading the following posting for issues with SP2, there might be a bit more effort to ensure that I don't do harm to my GE solutions: http://support.geocortex.com/Forums/Thread.aspx?pageid=0&mid=2&ItemID=7&thread=45588&postid=131526

My dilemma is that there is demo taking place in 2 weeks with the agency heads and I don't want to be scrabbling to fix things after this install. So before I go through the effort, has anybody run the AGS SP3 install or have a clear checklist of what GE things I need to do to ensure everything goes well. Sould I just wait till after the demo instead?
