Cartographic Representations

Are cartographic representations supported in the essentials product?  Do you have support in flex, silverlight and javascript viewers?

  Yes, they will. ArcGIS Server takes care of symbolizing the layers, and we just consume the images. So you should have no problems at all with using cartographic representations.
