Unable to change measurement units from 'feet' to 'meters'

Hi,

I am having trouble getting the measurement units to change from feet to meters,  we are in NZTM projection and I have tried to setting both the viewer.xml and the viewer.defaults.xml as well as using the config manager to resolve this.

<MeasurementUnitDefault Value="Meter" />

 

    <MeasurementProjectionWkid Value="2193" />

 

    <MeasurementProjectionUnits Value="Meter" />

 

    <MeasurementPredictionEnabled Value="true"/>

 

    <MeasurementOverrideUnits Value="" />

I have had all of the above values filled in, left some blank and only filled in the <MeasurementProjectionUnits Value="Meter" />  as seen on the forum..

I have tried 'm' 'meter' 'meters'  'Meter' 'Meters'  and other ways of writing the value - all to no avail..

Is there a bug or am I missing something here?

  I've got my viewer settings as such..

      <MeasurementOverrideUnits Value="" />

   

      <MeasurementPredictionEnabled Value="True" />

   

      <MeasurementProjectionUnits Value="" />

   

      <MeasurementProjectionWkid Value="3111" />

   

      <MeasurementUnitDefault Value="Meters" />

   

  I'm at 3.7/1.4 what version are you running??
