Ok,  I have spent a lot of time doing layer configuration (Feature description, Data Link, Reports, Feature Hyperlinks). I can see everything when I use the identify tool. But when I use a search that I built in Workflow, I can't see that extra information in the result.

Is there a way that this information be used in the result ?

  Are you returning all of the fields in your query. That could be the issue possibly. If you are only returning selected fields they will not show up in results.

  Is your feature long description and feature description the same in your config.

  Hi Dominic,

  It sounds like the Select Features activity in your search workflows does not use the correct layer and map service IDs. These are the IDs from the Geocortex Rest Endpoint, not the Esri Rest Endpoint.
