Configurable RestManager jsapi references

Please could there be a configuration key for Rest Manager so that I can specify a custom url for the esri javascript api. This would be useful for many like me who have to host the jsapi locally as we run intranet sites with no connection to the www.

The urls for javascript maplets in manager are hard-coded into a number of files (Scripts, NamedExtents, OverviewMap, Map, MapServiceWizard etc etc) and all point to the same place.

Currently I have to modify these files every time I upgrade essentials.
