Bing Maps - Can't add map service

 Hi there. I am trying to add Bing Maps as a map service using my bing maps key, but I keep on getting this error message. Any ideas?

  Hi Jonathan,

  If the Essentials server can't reach the Internet (specifically, virtualearth.net) you won't be able to add a Bing map.

  Is there any sort of network restriction at your organization that might be limiting our access to the Internet?

  Can you add an ArcGIS Online service?
