How can I retrieve more results (max is only 1000)?

My results being returned in my Silverlight Viewer are never greater than 1000 records.  I've reset the max record count in my cfg file for my MapService and did a IISReset and restarted the service but no luck.  Is there something in Geocortex or the Silverlight Viewer I need to adjust to get a greater record count of results?

  Josh, 

  Map services in ArcGIS Server have a default maximum number of records to return, which is 1,000.  To change this in 10.0 (10.1 may be different):

  1. Edit your map service properties.

  2. Go to the Parameters tab, and change "Maximum Number of Records Returned by Server" to the value you desire.  

  3. Restart the map service and you should be set.

  Just be aware that large numbers of requests for large feature sets will have an impact on performance.
