Radio Buttons allowing more than one at a time
I set up a form to use radio buttons but the selection isn't mutually exclusive. That is, if two radio buttons are utilized, both can be selected.
The problem appears to be related to version 2.14 of the Workflow Designer. If I create a new Workflow in 2.13 that uses radio buttons the selection is mutually exclusive.

The problem was the Group Name field entries. When I corrected the problem the radio buttons started working properly.
