Problems adding a 10.1 secured service to a site

ISSUE:  Adding a secured service to site

I can't seem to get a secured service added to a site.  In the Rest Manager when I go to add a service, providing a username and password that has access to secure services, I don't get any messages and then the dropdown list of available services doesn't include the secure ones.  I know I am using an account that has access to the secure services because when login to the ESRI rest endpoint of our services, I can see them.

ENVIRONMENT:

ArcGIS Server 10.1 (with clustering)

 

Geocortex Essentials 3.10

 

Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit SP1

Any ideas?

  We're having the same issue here

  ArcGIS Server 10.1

   

  Geocortex Essentials 3.9

   

  Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit SP1

  SSL disabled

  Please help!! Will Essentials 3.10.1 fix the problem?
