Easier way to configure site?

I've spent a lot of time getting the json files the way I want them to work.  I would now like to add the HTML5 viewer onto a new site.  Is there an easy way to pull in the changes I made?  Once I add the viewer, what parts of the json need to be kept, and what parts can I replace with what I have in the existing site?  Thanks.
