how to use Search Table

Hello,

I have a very basic question wish somebody could help me. What is the Search Table  for in Geocortex Essentials and how do I use it. What's the differnt between it and DataLink. I'm bit confused here. Thanks.

  Hi Jack

  essentially the Search Table enables you to search for records in the related data and then show on the map the spatial feature that record (or records) are related to.

  Something that you could also do with a workflow but doing it with a Search Table is potentially less work.

  Take a look at the video on how to configure this feature, which uses the tables item you mention.
