Identify Order

I set identify up to allow anything visible, regardless of scale, to be identifiable.  I do this to make it easier to identify parcels by creating a polygon even when parcels are not visible at the scale needed to make the polygon.  This causes other issues when you are zoomed out and want to identify something that has a larger size - I get a zillion parcels and the layer I'm actually interested in gets buried in the results list.  It would be nice to have a control that would allow us to put parcels and addresses at the bottom of the results list.
