Enhance "Site Conversion Warnings"

The current "Site Conversion Warning" message that there are "missing fields" that only gives the manager the options to either "remove" or "ignore" the "missing fields" should be enhanced to at least list the fields in question so that a site manager has better information to troubleshoot the issue(s) at hand.  For large and complex site definitions there could be thousands of field settings and the current dialog gives no indication where to begin troubleshooting.

Please enhance this dialog to either report which map service fields are triggering this "conversion" message...or...enhance the dialog to take the site admin to the field setting in question and let them either repair or remove the layer field setting.
