How to use Query Attachment Infos Activity

Hi!

I try to select a feature, and then list all all attachments with this feature. Looks like that Query Attchment infos activity is for this purpose. Does anyone have a sample worflow that use query attchment infos activity?

    Hi Charlie, I'm attaching a very simple sample workflow that gets all the attachments from a feature and presents the list of the attachments to the user by name. It will then save the attachment ID of the selected attachment, so you can use it later. You can download it from (https://support.geocortex.com/Data/Sites/1/listattachments.zip) here .

    The workflow works, is it possible to associate this workflow to a identify tool (recentgle)  so that we can find all feature id having attachments, then click one attachment name in listbox to launch the attahment such as pdf driectly?

    Hi Charlie,

    You can definitely do that in a workflow. You'll need to use a "Display Capture Geometry" to let the user draw a geometry one the map and then you can use that geometry as an input on a query task. Then you should list the features for the user to select one using a "display form", and then display the attachments from that feature as the current workflow does. Note that the attachment object contains a property called "Uri.AbsoluteUri" which you could use in a display hyperlink activity to allow the user to download the attachment.
