where are the attributes?

I successfully create a reference to the victoria fire web map, as in the video, but when i use the identify button, no records are found?  is this limitation, right now, or was i supposed to see attributes??

  If you're referring to the wms from emapws.dse.vic.gov.au etc...., they push out the feature info via html.  As I understand it Geocortex is expecting xml.

  The feature video references a "Victoria Fire" Web Map which has some data from Victoria, BC, Canada.

  To get attributes, you'll have to toggle the Allow Identify Operations option on the layers, so that the viewer will send the identify requests to ArcGIS Server.

  thanks for clearing that one up - I was about to go searching for this video that was supposedly loading one of our services, which is not available ; )
