The length of the query string for this request exceeds the configured maxQueryStringLength value

After upgrading to GE 3.14, workflows with Report Tasks are failing with the following error, "The length of the query string for this request exceeds the configured maxQueryStringLength value".  The long length of the query string is coming from the geometry for the selected features that are being passed to generate the report.  Is there any way to increase the maxQueryStringLength parameter or decrease the query string length without changing the selected feature geometry?
