Token timeout

Anybody know how to change the login timeout for users in the HTML5 viewer?  The only complaint I have for an iPad HTML5 Viewer field app is how often the inspectors have to login as they drive from site to site.  The app is using the Geocortex Security Provider.

  Hi Kevin,

  I realise this thread is dated, but we're working on a legacy application now, and we're getting this exact same prompt in Restmanager (3.15). The services are secured. Is this prompt due to the the service requiring a token or something else?
