"Get Layer Visibility Activity" bug

Hi,

the "Get Layer Visibility Activity" didn't work the way it should be if the parent layer group or the map service which the layer belongs to is turned off .

When the parent layer group or map services is turned off,  the visibilty of all the sub layers should be off, however, the tool seems doesn't count this in.

Due to above issue, I try to find a way that I can determine the visibility of map service in workflow. But I couldn't find a solution. Any suggestions?

  Hi Jack,

  In the upcoming 3.15 release the "Get Layer Visibility" activity has a new “Effective Visibility” input argument that optionally determines the visibility of the layer to the end user taking into account the current map scale and the visibilities of the map service and any ancestor group layers. I hope that helps.
