Can you Pan in the HTML5 Desktop viewer?

I realize HTML5 is primarily designed around touch screens, but is it possible to pan around the map in the html5 desktop viewer using the mouse and pointer?

  On my desktop version, I can click and drag to pan, double click to zoom and scroll to zoom.

   I noticed the same issue when using Firefox browser.  Try using IE.
