Few issues on HTML5 1.3

Looks like that I experienced the following issues in new HTML5 1.3, all below functions are working fine in SL 1.10

1.  There is no close button for Create a printable map

2.  Maptip can not show multiple features at the same location

3.  Grid Cell or list of identify result can not recognize content of data that is  hyperlink html format such as <a href="http://xxx/Pools in Fields 0100-0199/xxx.pdf" target="_blank" style="text-decoration: none">2001-02-01 (current)</a><br/>

4.  No simple query or advance query task
