Mailing labels workflow not working in inherited site

I have a site that is inheriting map services from another site. It also has a report and workflow used to create mailing labels (i.e. the base site only supplies the map service).

I'm getting a generic "Error running report" when trying to run the mailing labels report/workflow. Everything else in the workflow is working (query tasks, select features, buffer, etc.). I can also run the report using the built-in create a report tool.

Does anyone know of any standing issues with using the Report activity with inherited map services? This is in GE 3.14 and a GVS 1.9.

Here's what the report activity is grabbing in debug mode. The Result Url is blank.

  Hi John:

  We encountered this in June and Latitude logged it as bugs GE-2774 and GE-3254 (impacted both reports and workflows).  Both were fixed at 3.15, and I can confirm that the issue is resolved (at least on our instance).
