Setting a report with A0, A1, A2 paper size,

 

I wanted to set a report with A0 paper size but sounds not to be available in the list. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to choose a particular printer to get its paper size in the list

  Enter the dimensions under Custom Page Size.

  Thanks Tom,

  I got help from colleague how advised to switch the default windows printer to be PDF and thus all paper sizes are included there.
