Warning when mapservice is missing for Projects

Hi to all

one enhancement that is needed for this is dealing with Map Services that have been added by the user to a Site/Viewer and then saved as a project.

When the Project is next opened the layer has a warning against it, if the map service is unavailable, in the table of contents but it is only a minor warning compared to a Map Service (defined in the site.xml) that is not accessible where a child window opens with a warning message.

This issue was noticed when a user was getting an error when trying to print and the printing was failing with an error message. This was slightly odd since the rest of the site was working fine. Ideally the Print error should have reported that it could not get a connection to the mapservice to alert the user (and/or skipped over it printing what it was able to do so.)

Looking forward hearing any thoughts on this.
