Does 4.0.2 contain instant search?

I just noticed Geocortex version 4.0.2 in the downloads section, and in the release notes, one of the bug fixes is:

GE-4328 Instant search does not work with feature layers

Am I correct that this version includes instant search?  The release notes say it was released on March 14th.

  Hi Mark,

  4.0.2 does not contain Instant Search. That will be available soon via a separate download.

  Instant Search is a back end service that will be accessed via the Essentials REST API. The REST endpoint that supports Instant Search has been in place since 4.0, but since there is no backing service yet nothing will call it. Issue GE-4328 was simply a bug we corrected in the REST endpoint that would have prevented searching on Feature Layers.
