Mouse Scroll Bar IE 11

Anyone know if the mouse scroll bar not working in IE 11 is a bug, or that IE 11 is not supported? We are using the HTML5 1.2 viewer. Is there an updated that needs to be applied to fix it?

  I also had someone using IE 11 with HTML5 have an issue with the mouse wheel - either direction would result in zooming in and no way to zoom out...

  Hi folks,

  This issue was resolved in version 3.8 of Esri's JS API (see (http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/98311-IE11-mouse-wheel-scrolling-and-map-zoom) this thread ). Both the 2.0 and 2.1 Geocortex Viewers for HTML5 use 3.8; you should be able to zoom out now using the mouse wheel in IE 11.
