MapTip - Multiple Features Found

Does the HTML5 viewer allow the maptip function to return multiple records/results where there are more than one feature on the clicked location on the map? I have layers that overlap on some locations and have the allow map tips enabled. When I click on the map where these features overlap on the html5 viewer, I only get the top most layer/feature to show on the map tip.

I know by default, multiple features on the map tip will be displayed on the silverlight viewer but doesn't seem to be with the html5. Is this feature possible on html5 and if so where can I configure this?
