Text Search freezes

I'm having problems with text searches freezing. We have a test server where we are testing the new version. We are finally moving apps/viewers to ArcGIS 10.2, GeoCortex Essentials 3.15.1, Silverlight 1.10, and HTML5 1.3. My HTML5 viewers all have the same behavior when searching in the text search. After a couple of searches it freezes, in the Search Results it has the text of the last search that worked (Ex. Search Results: 147fc019). No matter what I type in the search box nothing changes in the results area. When it freezes I have to refresh the viewer to get the search to work again. I turned fiddler on and it returns the search results until I type in text and it freezes then fiddler doesn't display anything.

I have a map service that I use for the search and it has 26 layers. This map service is used for searches in all of our Silverlight and HTML5 viewers. We don't have this problem with the silverlight viewers.

If anyone has experienced this problem and found a solution please reply.

  Hi Jimmy,

  If you open the browser console (developer tools), do you see an error about a missing token?

  If so, this was fixed at version 2.0 of the Viewer for HTML5:

  GVH-3195 Second global search attempt will fail with missing token error

  Ok, I see the error; "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'token' of undefined".

  We are in the process of taken everything to ArcGIS 10.2 on our test box, then we will upgrade GeoCortex.
