Workflow that displays the non-spatial data (tables) for editing,

I’m wondering if it is possible to build a workflow that can display the non-spatial data (tables) services and give the possibility to edit them.

For example, I need a workflow that can display the content of the service below

http://localhost:6080/arcgis/rest/services/Q/MapServer/1

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzPvEAI

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eltmIEAQ

such that the application user can open this table and edit it
