Deselect items in workflow

I have a tool that searches for parcels, its problem that when running it many times for different parcels, it keeps the selected parcels (previous parcels found by this tool). Is there an activity that can be plugged in the workflow of the tool that clears the selected items when running the tool?  This is illustrated in the screenshots below.

1- Running the tool to find a parcel (Parcel #1)

2- Using the tool to find another parcel (parcel #2), Parcel#1 still selected

  Set the Clear Collection First parameter to True in the Select Features activity in your workflow.
