Capture Point Using GPS in Offline Mode

The ability to capture a point using the GPS location when offline in HTML5 (similar to ArcGIS Mobile or ArcPad) rather than using a finger tap on the screen would be good for our business as we trying to replace field data capture applications that are currently using ArcPad.
