Mailing Labels - One to Many Relationship
Hi All,
I have created mailing labels based on a data link just fine, using the subreport feature proved to be fairly easy. When there is one address on a property the report works wonderfully.
I am having and issue however with labels where a single property has multiple addresses on it, ie. a condo. In the data link, all addresses show fine when I identify the layer in the viewer, however when I run the report only the first address in the list displays.
Is there a setting in Report Designer to allow for one field with multiple addresses linked to it to display just as it would if I had selected a single address?
Thanks
Chris

Hi Chris,
If it's what I think it is make sure the report that you have configured the mailing labels has the 'Perform Data Linking' checkbox selected. You can find this parameter in the Manger interface on the report page (below).
Hope this helps,

Thanks,
That is not the problem it seems as the data links do work.
The problem is when I have one Parcel with many addresses on it only the first address in that data link displays.
If I expand the report area to fill the whole page the rest of the addresses display the way I want, however what happens then is if the same report contains a non condo parcel with only one address, the report generates one of these address types per page, since I have expanded the report to be a whole page.
I think it may be a setting with my columns.. but I am not sure.
Chris
