Report Writer 2.21 - Numbering Sequence

Have a client of mine who is requesting that there be some sort of numbering/colouring sequence to differentiate the selected parcel in the map and their associated records.

While using the report writer v2.21 can there be any visual links between the selected parcels on the map and the displayed attributes in the report?

In some cases, the parcels do not yet have a municipal number, so that can't be used.
