Minimum Resolution

There was an old setting in the Silverlight viewer found under the viewer>map module>settings where you could set an additional mininum resolution that would allow clients to zoom in further.

Has this functionality been deprecated in Html5 v2.2?

If not, where does one find this setting? Is it now part of the Desktop.json.js settings?
