Issues with Geolocation Indicator Image HTML5

Hi, 

We are testing the new HTML5 viewer and have noticed that the Geolocation Indicator Image does not appear at all when using the geolocate functions.  We created a new image to use and placed it in the same location as the default image and the viewer shows it in the rest endpoint and in the json as being part of the viewer code, but when the viewer starts up and you start geolocation the viewer does not load in the image.

  I am having the same issue. It would be nice to see this fixed. No image indicator tends to confuse people.
